I dunno what to say.
West Virginia is one of the most Southern states I have ever been to, I cant believe that anyone would consider that state anything but a Southern state.

A Southern state is more than a geographical location; its a culture as well as geographic location
I consider the socio-political climate as much as geography when talking about Southern states
